Registration Fee for Non-Authors
- For each paper to be included in the conference proceedings, at least ONE author must register and present the paper in the conference.
- Students must provide a valid evidence of their full-time student status at the registration desk.
- Member special fee applies for individual members of IEEE at the time of registration and must provide a valid evidence of their IEEE membership at the registration desk.
- Each attendee must register separately
- ONE Regular Rate registration can cover TWO conference papers (All the authors must be same).
- ONE Student Rate registration can cover TWO conference paper.(All the authors must be the same and student must be the first author)
- At least ONE author of an accepted paper MUST register to the conference within the said deadline. This is also applicable even though the student author is the first author of the paper.
- A non-refundable registration fee must be paid before uploading the final IEEE formatted publication ready version of the paper.
- Authors whose papers (including extra papers) have extra pages (as specified in the acceptance letter) must pay an additional Rs.1000.00/USD25.00 per page for 1-2 extra pages.

1. Kindly input transaction remark "MAMI2017_PaperID" while making the online BANK payment.
2. Send us your "UTR Number" of the Bank Payment along with PaperID to "[email protected]".
